Meet the silence of the breath-taking wilderness that is Lake Unden and experience the excitement of fishing for your own crayfish. Your fishing host accompanies the family on the lake and you fish together with old stories of Unden, as the lake surroundings create a total experience for both adults and children. After the fishing you can take an outdoor Hot tub and enjoy the wood-fired Sauna, perhaps the children want to meet the farm’s lambs? Accommodation is in one of the Sheep Farm’s two lovely open-plan log cabins, of course there is a wood-burning stove and after an eventful day, fall asleep to the sound of the dry birch wood crackling.
The day starts with a run through of the equipment and the fishing plan. We make sure that anyone who wants a life jacket gets one that fits, and we bait the pots for laying out in the lake. Then it is time to lay out the crayfish pots from the boat with the guide. Day 2 we go out with the boat again to empty the pots that were laid out the night before. Included in the package is 2 kilos of crayfish which can, if you wish, be cooked over an open fire together with your guide towards the evening. After the meal you can choose to enjoy the Sauna and Hot tub under the stars.
